Junilla Sledziewski is an attorney in Miami, Florida. Originally from New Mexico, she attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, on a scholarship where she earned high honors in her Criminal Justice studies. Junilla attended the University of Miami School of Law where she was a member of the Children and Youth Law Clinic and represented foster children in dependency, drug, and criminal courts. She was a member of the University of Miami Law Review, a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and graduated magna cum laude.
After passing the Florida Bar, Junilla joined a highly sophisticated defense practice in downtown Miami. She learned the ins and outs of litigation in many fascinating areas of the law. Junilla worked with multi-million dollar corporations, small businesses, individuals, major medical centers and universities, physicians, general and sub-contractors, and insurance companies. An effective negotiator both inside and outside the courtroom, she helped clients with a wide variety of legal problems, always focusing on putting the client’s needs first and obtaining results.
Junilla is committed to public service, and has handled a number of pro bono cases, including custody disputes, domestic violence, landlord and tenant issues, debtor defense, and immigrant asylum.
Junilla formed Miami Legal Eagle to provide quality legal services to small businesses and individuals. She believes that everyone should have access to legal assistance at a fair price, and is committed to finding creative solutions for clients’ needs. Junilla achieves results through ethical and earnest representation and is always looking for ways to think outside the box for her clients.
